Honeymoon Vacation Scrapbook
Scrapbooking is the practice of combining photos, memorabilia and stories in a scrapbook album. Preserve your honeymoon vacation memories with a scrapbook. When you begin your honeymoon travel, look for collectible objects. You'll find many that are inexpensive or free. These may include boarding passes, postcards, hotel stationary, tour maps, stamps, destination brochures and luggage tags. You will want to share your story about where you went, what you saw and what you did. Names, places, dates are all very important for scrapbooking. Preserve the items you've collected in a safe place until you're ready to start building your scrapbook. Use travel themed stickers and scrapbook kits to put together pages easily.
Digital ScrapbookingComputer Scrapbooking is the process of creating scrapbook pages or cards using photo or image-editing software. Computer scrapbookers import digital photographs and scrapbooking graphics into their image editing programs and arrange them to create "digital" scrapbook pages. If you have a digital camera and a printer, you’ve got everything you need to get started with digital scrapbooking. Some of the most popular programs used for computer scrapbooking include Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Picture It! and Paintshop or Paintshop Pro. Princess Cruises Showcasing Scrap-booking The pastime of scrap-booking will become an integral part of upcoming Princess Cruises, as the cruise line taps into guests who want to take the hobby to sea. Princess' Scrapbooking@Sea program is designed to encourage passengers to preserve their cruise memories and is the first such program on a cruise ship. The program is part of Princess' Scholarship@Sea educational program, which will incorporate a series of onboard classes and a specially created scrap-booking kit with themed pages. Scrapbooking@Sea is expected to be available across the Princess fleet by early 2007. The program includes a series of classes, starting with a complimentary basics class. Subsequent courses are available to passengers who purchase Princess' special scrapbooking kit. Classes offer tips and creative ideas, plus free time to work on pages with a full range of supplies available for use, including scissors, adhesive, deluxe paper, die-cut machines with assorted die-cuts, pens and other items that can be used during the class sessions. All materials are acid-free and archival safe. Princess' special scrapbooking kit features decorative papers, stickers and rub-on emblems along with instructions on how to build five unique vacation-themed pages. |
