If you are at least 18 years old, you can say, "I do" on the island upon submitting standard documentation 30 days prior to the date of the ceremony. Documents must be submitted to the Office of the Civil Registry on the island via mail or in person. Certain restrictions may apply.

Jamaica ~ One Love Paradise.

Jamaica Wedding Requirements: Original or certified copies of birth certificates. If either party is divorced, original or certified copies of divorce papers. If either party is widowed, original or certified copies of spouse's death certificate. Couple must be in Jamaica for 48 hrs.

Puerto Rico Wedding Requirements: Both parties must appear at the City Court office to purchase a marriage license. Persons 16-17 years of age must have the consent of their parents or legal guardians to marry. Blood tests are required.

St. Lucia: The island of St. Lucia is largely untouched by time. With romantic beaches and vistas all over the island, many couples choose St. Lucia to make their wedding or honeymoon unforgettable. St. Lucia Wedding Requirements: Application to be married in St. Lucia must be made by a local solicitor to the Attorney General, who will issue a marriage license after a four-day residency period. It takes two business days to process the application.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are a coral-reef paradise. Turks & Caicos Wedding Requirements: The residency requirement for the application is 48 hours, it normally takes another two days before the license is processed, both parties must present a passport and an affidavit of single status (divorce decree or death certificate if applicable).
